Shelter Working Group Lebanon
Task Force on Support to Host Communities - Lebanon
The Task Force on Support to Host Communities brings together more than 30 partner UN, NGO and Government organizations concerned with the increasingly critical impact of the Syrian crisis on Lebanese communities from social, economic and security perspectives. Formed in October 2012, and Co-chaired by UNDP and UNHCR, together with the Prime Minister's Office and MoSA, the TF seeks to enhance coordination & information sharing as well as support strategic planning, advocacy and communication efforts. A indicative strategic framework has been developed highlighting three priority areas of intervention, namely: livelihoods and income generation; basic service delivery and social cohesion.
WASH Sectoral Working Group Lebanon
The WASH Working Group for the Syria Refugee Response in Lebanon is the coordination group for all agencies providing assistance to Syrian refugees in the field of water, sanitation and hygiene. The group meets to discuss ongoing and planned projects and share key information on implementation and operational developments. This section of the web portal is designed to host the coordination documents of the working group including: - the group's work plan, terms of reference, meeting schedule, meeting agendas and minutes, assessment reports (joint assessments and individual agency assessments).   Highlights

 This week, over 60,000 refugess received clothes vouchers, blankets, quilts, kitchen sets, matresses, recreation kits for children and other household items.
