About In 1992, IOCC was established as the official international humanitarian relief/development agency of the Standing Conference of Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA). IOCC is a member of the ACT (Action by Churches Together) Alliance, a network of 130 churches from around the world. Since its inception in Lebaon in 2002, IOCC has established a reputation for implementing community-driven programs that address a broad range of social issues, from relief to community development, health, nutrition, infant feeding and education. The Lebanon field office operates with more than 20 employees with a range of diverse expertise in nutrition and public health, engineering, social development and human right, communications, management, and law, in addition to finance and accounting, which are an essential part of each country office.
