Country Operation update for UNHCR Niger - March 2019

In January 2019, 4,612 refugees and migrants arrived in Spain from North Africa (land and sea). Most common nationalities of arrivals include Guinea, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.

As of 10 March 2019, there were 6,350 arrivals (land and sea). Most common nationalities include Guinea, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal.

The profiling exercise was the result of a partnership between CSIC and UNHCR.
