Methodology description: A questionnaire was prepared, which includes questions to be asked to asylum seekers during phone calls and to be filled online during the call. This form has been designed to record the answers given during the calls in a systematic way and to analyze them easily in the next process. It was decided to hold focus group discussions to better understand the attitudes of Syrian refugees on vaccination and to figure out their information channels on vaccination. It was determined that the answers received in the calls gave information about the decisions of the people about the vaccine. People are undecided, willing, or unwilling, about getting vaccinated. These attitudes have been determined by their thoughts and/or information they have on the subject. It was decided to conduct focus group discussions to learn in-depth about the experiences of those who are undecided and against the vaccine during the process of making these decisions, and to ensure that the informative works about the vaccine are structured according to needs.

With the expansion of the vaccine application, the number of beneficiaries reached has also increased. In order to gain more in-depth information on vaccination attitudes, a research framework supported by focus group discussions was created. Thus, a study emerged in which both qualitative and quantitative data were evaluated together. As a result of the research, it was seen that the rate of being vaccinated was low and the rate of those who hesitated to be vaccinated was substantial. Fear is one of the main reasons for not being vaccinated. Social media and negative sensations from the social environment are among the main reasons for fear of the vaccine. The majority of those who stated that they were afraid were women.

Main Findings
As a result of the research, it was seen that the rate of being vaccinated was low and the rate of those who hesitated to be vaccinated was substantial. Fear is one of the main reasons for not being vaccinated. Social media and negative sensations from the social environment are among the main reasons for fear of the vaccine. The majority of those who stated that they were afraid were women.
