This assessment was undertaken to gain in-depth understanding of issues related to sector specific and municipal services. This project was carried out to inform more effective humanitarian planning and interventions which target the needs of Syrian refugees in host communities. Moreover, the report underlines the need for continuing and increasing the support to Syrian refugees, vulnerable Jordanian households and Jordanian hosting communities. Finally, this assessment report identifies the main types of support required, as well as highlighting the districts with the greatest perceived barriers to services.
