To gain a better understanding of the problems that affect well-being among camp residents and the things that people are already doing or that could be done to make improvements. Main findings:

Needs

Help refugees connect with family and the situation in Syria in general by providing TVs, radios, internet access points, phones, phone credit, phone charging stations. Set up both male and female guards to safeguard the camp. Provide community kitchen space and cooking supplies, give out small stoves to make tea or coffee. Provide spaces to gather and socialise, organise fun activities. Involve camp residents in decisions about the camp and help in construction and camp activities. Designate a space for washing and worship, and engage religious leaders for calls to prayer. Train camp staff in supporting and respecting residents, and provice MHPSS and social services.

Main Findings
People suffering from the environment in camp, worry about relatives and friends in Syria, having nothing to do in the camp, safety concerns, not being able to take care of their appearance. Residents had difficulty finding their way around camp facilities and to their tents. Services and facilities were difficult to access for the elderly and sick.
