Border restrictions on South Sudan side have been eased slightly. Vehicles continue to be prevented from crossing but those on foot are now being granted access

In Adjumani, 98% of yesterday’s 293 new arrivals were women and children under the age of 18.

As end of October Uganda host more than half a million refugee majority of them are from DR Congo [42%], South Sudan [39%], Somali [7%] and Burundi [7%] .
