The Inter-Agency Service Mapping was launched in February 2023 and provides an interactive map and dashboard, indicating what services are provided in the different counties across Hungary, with the possibility to filter by sector, service, partners, and location. Key contact details are available to facilitate communication between organizations (where partners have indicated these to be public, otherwise they are listed on the internal version of the dashboard, please e-mail hunbuim@unhcr.org for access).

The mapping will not only facilitate communication and referrals among organizations but also help in identifying gaps and avoiding duplication in the response. This is key given the current funding landscape and the multiple humanitarian crises ongoing in the world. Although the dashboard refreshes on a daily basis to capture any ad-hoc updates, most of the mapping is updated by partners on an annual basis. The last round of updates were done between February-April 2024.
