UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and the Yemeni Government have launched a solarization project at Kharaz Refugee Camp in Lahj Governorate, Yemen. The project aims to enhance the quality of life for over 2,330 families mainly from Somali and Ethiopian refugee and asylum-seeker families and its hosting communities by solarizing essential facilities like water wells, distribution pumps, and the only health clinic.
