The template has been developed by the MENA Protection Service as part of the Communication and Transparency Toolbox to support country operations integrating testing of key messages and channels in their regular focus group discussion or other meetings with a selected group of affected communities of diverse ages, needs and background to collect their views and opinions before launching a new communication initiative. This template is available in English, French and Arabic.
