General Food Distribution for the refugees in Ethiopia is conducted according to the roles outlined in the new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on food assistance in refugee camps, sites, and settlements signed by RRS, UNHCR, and WFP and in the WFP Cooperating Partners’ (CPs) Field level Agreements (FLA).
