To identify the winter needs of refugees living in Romania and potential negative effects of the cold season, UNHCR, in collaboration with Save the Children Romania, rolled out the 2024 Rapid Winterization assessment. This document presents the findings of the rapid assessment covering the demographics and vulnerabilities, information on refugees' income and expenditure, type of accommodation and heating, and lastly the household needs in terms of non-food items (NFIs).
