The 2025 Egypt Vulnerability Assessment for Refugees (EVAR) was conducted jointly by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), with coordination and technical support from the Joint UNHCR/WFP Programme Excellence and Targeting Hub (Joint Hub).
