The assessment on persons with specific needs aims on the following: • identify protection concerns (including access, inclusion concerns) of persons with disabilities, persons with chronic diseases and older persons • identify impact of displacement on the households who have one or more members with specific needs • provide recommendations to humanitarian actors in addressing the concerns of PwSN and households who have one or more members with specific needs.
