NAIROBI, Kenya, October 30 (UNHCR) - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Thursday visited the sprawling Dadaab refugee complex and praised the resilience of more than 350,000 Somali refugees there while expressing sympathy for their suffering.
