About the Child Protection Sub-Group

The Child Protection Sub-Group is an inter-agency coordination platform that brings together United Nations agencies, NGOs, government authorities, and other stakeholders to prevent and respond to protection risks affecting children and adolescents in humanitarian contexts. It promotes coordinated, standards-based actions guided by the best interests of the child.
