The UNCHR MENA Regional Bureau conducted an online mapping of digital FCRM used by UNHCR and partners. The purpose is to visualize where UNHCR and partners have digital FCRM. The digital FCRM map includes: • Support for learning on setting up and managing digital FCRM. • Location of digital FCRM and gaps. • Knowledge and best practice on digital channels and management platforms. • Focal points’ contact information. • Information to enhance feedback and complaints referrals and follow-ups. • Integration of digital FCRM where overlap or duplication of efforts may exist.
