UNHCR and the Government of Zambia begin the second phase of refugee repatriation to the Democratic Republic of the Congo LUSAKA, ZAMBIA - The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), in collaboration with the Zambian government and partners, organized the voluntary repatriation of Congolese refugees living in northern Zambia to their homes in Pweto in the Haut Katanga province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
