In late July 2016, WFP begun implementing the Food for Training (FFT) project, targeting vulnerable Jordanians in Zarqa, Amman, Irbid and Aqaba. Through the FFT project, 1,470 people started receiving training in different occupational areas. A Nonviolent Communication introductory workshop was held on 30 May in the Bibliotheca Alexandrina by the Centre for Democracy and Social Peace Studies (CDS) with the support of the New York Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
