Jordan attended the international \"Friends of Syria\" conference in Tunisia on the unrest in Syria. Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh insisted that the Kingdom does not support foreign military intervention and explained to Jordanian Senators that “Jordan does not interfere in any country’s affairs. It supports Arab consensus on Syria and rejects military intervention in the country.\\\" However the Foreign Minister also stressed that while the Jordanian Ambassador to Syrian remains in Damascus, does not imply that the Kingdom is satisfied with developments on the ground, and rejects the use of violence.highlight 25 Feb 2012 (12 years ago)
