Following the closure of the Refugee Reception Centre in Addis Ababa due to COVID-19, UNHCR has established a Helpline to ensure continuation of the services refugees used to receive at the Reception Centre. This dashboard provides analysis of the number of PoC's who used the helpline during the first three months and what percentage of the requests were already addressed
