his policy brief shares research findings from two key refugee-hosting countries in Africa and illustrates how refugees are networking to create livelihood opportunities via entrepreneurship. It also puts forth ideas for those seeking to scale up displaced people’s access to entrepreneurship. Given your work on refugee entrepreneurship and business incubators at UNHCR, I hope you will find this brief of interest.
