World Vision in partnership with the World Food Program is implementing a general food aid Program in Bidibidi and Lobule refugee settlements. The main goal of the project is to “Contribute towards WFP CSP objective of improving access to food and ensure that crisis-affected people consume an adequate and nutritious diet in times of need”. World Vision implements the project with a copartner CEFORD and the partnership is aimed at building capacities of local partners to deliver on a government-led Food distribution. The PDM survey helps World Vision to assess aid recipients’ access to, use of, and satisfaction with the assistance provided and project implementation. This is in line with all the aspects concerned with the whole process of distribution of food, for example, quality of the items being provided, quality of the service, appropriateness of the process, information sharing, complaints management, risks attached to our service among others.
