In emergency and protracted crisis settings, there is a significant education gap for out-of-school youth. This NORCP study focuses on the lack of educational opportunities for them. The report details the limited investment and expertise on youth, and suggests that strategic targeting, designing relevant, youth-centred initiatives and empowering vulnerable youth are essential to improve effective EiE interventions for out-of-school youth.
