Vanessa Ishimwe, founder CEO of Fuse Women Initiative and member of the Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) for the Mastercard foundation and WUSC, presents on a recent study on the challenges and opportunities of W-RLOs in Uganda. The research evaluates the landscape of refugee women-led organisations(W-RLOs), highlighting their contributions, needs, the structural and systemic barriers that limit their participation, and the structures required to improve it.
