This PMS Assessment report is based on the harmonized Protection Monitoring and Solutions (PMS)tools. The assessment employed four distinct tools to capture a comprehensive overview and gather detailed information about IDP returnees’ situation. These tools included focus group discussions (FGDs) with returnees and host community members, key informant interviews (KIIs) with community leaders and service providers, facility mapping to collect data on service infrastructures and direct observation to assess living conditions and service accessibility.
