Between 2 and 3 May, heavy rainfall, flash floods, and strong winds have affected Buuhoodle District in Togdheer Region and Ceel-Afweyn District in Sanaag Region, impacting approximately 270 households (around 1,620 individuals), of whom an estimated 65% are women and children.
