Since April 2023, 941,722 Sudanese refugees (272,824 households) fleeing the conflict between the Government of Sudan and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have crossed into Chad. Of these, 935,681 individuals have been registered or pre-registered, mainly in Ouaddaï (55%), Wadi Fira (25%), Sila (11%), and Ennedi Est (9%). A large majority have gradually been relocated to established settlement sites, with the relocation rate currently reaching 68.15%.
