This study is not a profiling study as such. Instead it aims to address the serious lack of protection information related to internal displacement in Afghanistan and to contribute to the development of a national IDP policy from a protection perspective. Ultimately, the study will become a key advocacy tool for partners working on IDP protection in Afghanistan. We provided support primarily to the analysis and reporting phases of the study. This included a particular focus on durable solutions anaylsis and facilitating a multi-stakeholder recommendations workshop, hosted by the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR).
