Research report on mobile connectivity, access to finance, and barriers to the access for displaced populations across 20 countries including Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria. In total 20 countries’ legal and regulatory frameworks were analysed and - following extensive consultation with field operations and third parties - a set of recommendations were developed that aim to facilitate refugee inclusion in digital and financial frameworks.
