The 2024 Information and Communication Needs Assessment (ICNA) in Haiti, developed by UNHCR and Acted in collaboration with the AAP Working Group, integrates data from the Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) collected by IOM and IMPACT/REACH with insights from focus group discussions and validation exercises conducted by Acted. This report presents a detailed assessment of the information and communication needs of urban and rural communities as well as Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) living in both IDP sites and outside settings and the communities hosting them.
