This report summarizes the findings from a survey on sustainable livelihoods of refugees in Rwanda. The survey was designed to assess the living conditions, economic status, and overall well-being of refugees, and structured around the indicators included in a self-reliance measure for refugees in both urban and camp settings. The survey covered various topics: household demographics, education, health, employment, community relations, well-being, and access to public services, as well as income, savings, debts, and housing. The analysis presented in this report aims to provide guidance for ongoing and future initiatives towards creating inclusive, effective, and sustainable support systems for refugees. The data is also used to calculate a self-reliance measure that will inform targeting of humanitarian assistance and the formulation and implementation of policies and programs aimed at improving the lives of refugee communities in Rwanda, particularly the upcoming Government of Rwanda Refugee Sustainable Gra
