The 2026 Sudan Country Refugee Response Plan (CRRP) sets out a prioritized, protection-centred response to address the most acute needs of refugees and asylum-seekers while supporting resilience and inclusion where feasible. Grounded in evidence from the 2025 Refugee Multi-Sector Needs Assessment, the CRRP targets the most vulnerable populations in camp and out-of-camp settings. The plan prioritizes life-saving assistance, protection and documentation, as well as access to critical basic services, while promoting cash-based and system-strengthening approaches aligned with national frameworks.
