This report presents findings from the final round of the regional inter-agency Socio-Economic Insights Survey (SEIS), conducted in 2025 with 4,260 households (9,667 individuals) of refugees from Ukraine across nine Regional Refugee Response Plan countries. It covers socio-economic inclusion, health and MHPSS, education, protection and accountability to affected populations. Refugees are increasingly included in host-country systems, with employment at 67 per cent. Yet poverty remains more than twice the host-population rate, and vulnerable groups face compounded barriers. The report closes with sector-specific recommendations.
