This synthesis report by Development Initiatives (DI) focuses on specific lessons for different actors and some themes generally common to all by looking at Bangladesh, Cameroon and Somalia as examples, while recognizing that some development actors are more advanced than others in their ways of working in protracted crisis contexts and often what is required is a greater “collective” effort.
