Profile: The Tool is a survey to measure performance and adequacy of the services provided to internally displaced people in Syria. The Tool was tested with 1,600 users and the outcomes guided learning and adaptation in community centres across the country. Why to Use the Tool: This Tool complements other feedback and complaints channels and tools, deepen the analysis of quality of services across sectors and through the engagement of multiple actors and communities with different age, gender, and backgrounds. How to Use the Tool: The Tool is applicable to multi-sectoral assessments. It can also target the FCRM as a whole or specific parts of it. The survey can be adapted and disseminated through digital or non-digital channels. It can be incorporated in Help.UNHCR.org or other dedicated webpages.
