Kismayo, 10 September 2014 - The Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (DSRSG) for Somalia, Fatiha Serour, today visited Kismayo, where she met with the leadership of the Interim Jubba Administration, led by the Deputy IJA Leader Abdulkadir Mohamed Lugadere.
