A new community house supporting refugees, maintained by the Budapest-Józsefváros Evangelical Parish, began operating in the fall of 2022. Those fleeing the Ukrainian war can receive food packages, hygiene products, baby items, diapers, used items such as clothes, toys, kitchen utensils, strollers, school supplies, other tangible items, sports equipment. In addition to supporting basic needs, we welcome those who come to us with community and individual social work, job search counseling, community programs, children's programs, language courses, psychological counseling, and a playhouse.

FAIRMED – previously known as Leprosy Relief Emmaus Switzerland – is a development organisation that has been instrumental since 1959 in supporting neglected people who are prone to disease and poverty in Africa and Asia.
