Fundada em 1997, por profissionais de diversas áreas engajados na defesa dos direitos humanos, dentre eles a presidenta Sra. Dalila Figueiredo. A equipe é multidisciplinar e os atendimentos voltados à população carente do município de Guarulhos, sendo que a partir de 2008 a instituição ampliou seu trabalho às 27 capitais brasileiras.
