SPARK develops higher education and entrepreneurship, so that young ambitious people are empowered to lead their post-conflict society into prosperity. SPARK is a dynamic and growing not-for-profit development organization with over 80 staff members that helps young entrepreneurs to start or grow their own businesses. SPARK is achieving its mission by organizing business plan competitions, empowering Syrian youth to realize their leadership and entrepreneurship potentials, offering leadership summer schools, psycho-social support to students, business skills training, SME coaching and mentoring, business incubation, SME financing, intensive higher vocational summer courses, curriculum development and quality assurance at universities and higher vocational education institutions (capacity building).

The Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH) is a consortium of organizations (Options, with Social Development Direct (SDDirect) as technical and delivery lead and including International Council of Voluntary Agencies (ICVA), Terre des Hommes (Tdh) Sightsavers and Translators Without Borders). They are a part of the PSEA Network in Poland, which is supporting organisations in the international humanitarian and development sectors to strengthen their safeguarding policy and practice.
