The Municipality of Budapest does not own any health care institutions (primary care and outpatient specialist care belong to the district local governments, hospital inpatient care belong to the State). Budapest city government owns high number of elderly homes and also responsible for homeless care services throughout the city (community based services – such as home care – are supervised by local governments). Budapest runs the public transport of the city, the public cleaning services, waste transport, drinking water supply services, chimney cleaning services, and public park maintenance.

Business and professional Women organization is a voluntary body, non-governmental, non-profit without discrimination of color, race, language or religion. CAFA Association, is non governmental association was establish at Ahfad University for women with the name Community Animators friendly Association back in 1996. Later the association was registered at the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) under the name CAFA Sudanese Community Development Association.The association works on development issues in general, with a focus on reproductive health, Family Planning and Erudition of Harmful traditional Practices.
