UNHCR, in partnership with IHS, conducted Protection Monitoring and Solutions (PMS) Assessment. The assessment aimed to evaluate the situation of IDP returnees, the majority of whom were returned from Mekelle and Eastern zone (particularly from Adigrat town) and their protection concerns following their return to their places of origin. It also sought to examine the services provided to returnees, the integration process between returnees and host communities, and the reactions of host communities toward the returnees.
