Child Protection Sub-Sector - Lebanon

  Description

The Child Protection sub-sector under the Lebanon Response Plan (LRP) provides a framework for the response to the child protection issues exacerbated or emerging from the multifaceted crisis in Lebanon. It identifies and focuses on key evidenced based child protection priorities and adopts an integrated approach to programming aimed at building the resilience of boys and girls through the provision of prevention and response services. It also relies on the use of advocacy and sensitization strategies which seek to promote, address and mitigate violence, neglect, exploitation and abuse against children. This section of the web portal is designed to host the coordination documents of the working group.
